In the case of unpackaged food or food divided in small units the mandatory information must be display on a support that must be easily accessible and recognizable from the consumers. For unpackaged food are intended the food products:

• Offers for sale to the final consumer or to groups without pre-packaging,  
• Packaged at the point of sale upon request of the consumer,   
• Prepacked for direct sale,
• which do not meet the requirements of pre-packaged foodstuffs,
