In the stages preceding sale to the consumer or to mass caterers, information may be given only on a commercial document if it is ensured that such documents accompany the food or are sent before or at the same time as delivery of the food.

The information to be provided are as follows:

• The sales description;
• The list of ingredients;
• Allergens;
• The name and business name or trademark filed;
• The address of the food business operator;
• The lot.
